My husband and I have been through too many pool cleaning companies with many horror stories. Most of the other companies were difficult to impossible to track down, would come when they would feel like it, or simply not add chemicals. We were fed up and simply don’t have the time or knowledge to do it ourselves. That’s when we found Pool Time! They have a store on valley ave with pretty extended hours and email/voicemail after hours. What a novel concept to be able to reach your pool service company. They show up about the same time each and every week and our pool looks gorgeous all the time now! Thanks!

Our family loved working with Pool Time on our pool remodel. They were about average for price but when you figure in the included 5 day start-up (which secures your warranty too) it was well worth it! They now do our weekly pool service / cleaning.

I have been going into Pool Time weekly to get my water tested. Their chemicals are so much better than the junk at Leslies or Walmart. You can really tell the difference when you switch. I used to think chlorine is chlorine. When my neighbor suggested I try pool time’s store I was hesitant thinking it would cost too much. Boy was I wrong! I have never seen my pool look better and it’s much easier than before with their computer analysis rather than a guy mixing stuff. Their store has all the pool supplies I need for maintenance task at hand.

I love these guys! I have been using them for my commercial pools and some of our residential pools for our management company in the Bay Area. They do all our repairs, service and major needs!

We called around to many pool service companies and most did not answer. Pool time seemed to be the most knowledgeable and I like they have been in business for over 35 years. We have not regretted our decision at all. Our pool looks great! No complaints.
