Last year we hired this company to install solar panels for our swimming pool. It never really heated the pool. We contacted the company a number of times; they made appointments; never showed up. They promised to show us how to shut the system off in the Fall and start it again in the Spring; never showed up. Tiring of their promises, we hired another solar company to turn the system on this Spring. They found that they system had not been properly installed and that the labels had been cut off of the solar panels. My husband is in his 70's and has Parkinson's Disease making climbing a ladder impossible for him. The new contractor took pictures showing the shoddy installation and where the labels had been cut off. We wrote Bay Area Solar Solutions, included the pictures and asked for proof that we had received the panels for which we had paid . They have not responded. We wrote the Better Business Bureau and the company will not respond to them either. Do not trust this company to install solar panels.
