After calling 2 other companies Precision Glass was from the beginning far more helpful and with a much better price. From first phone call to completion was only 7 week days. Highly recommend!!

Beware of bad customer service April 2011Shower door and panel came full of scratches that can only be seen with a high intensity light. It is a manufacturing defect they claim they never heard of thou it is all over the web called manufacturing debris. (Google: Manufacturing Debris)I requested them to send someone to look at it and never did, then I asked them to send someone to buff the scratches out and they refused, Instead the owner wanted to sell me another door and panel !! claiming the door and panel are out of warranty hours ago not weeks or months.Make up your own mind whether you want to do business with this kind of company !!!PS: I emailed Kansas City Precision Glass a copy of this letter prior to publishing, to give them the opportunity to dispute any of the facts stated above. They did not send me any corrections to the above.
