I have a very complicated case against a former employer. There is a workplace discrimination aspect, a hazardous workplace aspect, workman's comp aspect and medical malpractice aspect to my case. I have full confidence that every attorney they have on staff to deal with the multifaceted situations will do their jobs to the best of their abilities. They are charging nothing up front, so they will do what they can to see that I am awarded what I deserve and seek the maximum amount of damages. Disregard the previous review. My intake evaluation was professional, courteous and Eric seemed to be genuinely interested in seeing that I was not kicked to the gutter, by an employer that preys on the little guy. They charge a 33% conditional fee, upon being awarded money, which is fair. Their office is clean, neat and impressive. Every specific lawyer has their own department, and their firm was listed as one of the best, by Newsweek Magazine.

I would never use or recommend anyone to use this company. Calling for a simple request a woman that answered was hateful from the start. I am a very polite person, and tried to keep calm the whole time. Come to find out, she was the owner and/or owner's wife. I couldn't even talk to someone reasonable. I would hate to see how she or the company reacted to something serious, like a law suit. When it comes to their customer service manners they fail tremendously. WOW!!! They get one star because you cannot put zero, only reason.
