They have a great selection, of course, with many store brands and items on clearance as well as some collectible items. Staff is always busy but if you ask they will give you the help you need. I have had some great experiences with employees helping me find just what my kids would want.
LIke the inventory, but the staff is always less than friendly and can't make any decisions to benefit the custoemr without a manager.
