Cinemark Century Downtown Pleasant Hill 16 and XD

I been coming in sense it first open regularly but today came in 20 minutes after the movie had started, so I told her if we could buy the tickets for the on going and if we felt that we missed any good part that we could just go see it in the next show but the young tiket lady told me that I had to buy the tickets for the next movie, if I wanted to see any part of the other movie. I understand the policy but I thought that the was just the fair thing to do. Today wasn't my best day and experience with them after More than 15 years hope that they make it better because at the end we all buy more than$20 in milk shakes, popcorn, hot dogs,and candy. Thanks

This is my theater choice in the area - between downtown walnut creek and this pleasant hill location I will pick PH every time. The parking is easier, the access is better, and the staff is friendly.

This is my favorite Theater in Contra Cista. I like that it's cleaned after every showing & you don't stick to the floors. I really like the Kettle corn & snacks. In a great area for before or after shopping, coffee etc. staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Understaffed all the time, and on New Years Eve, and other busy times, is unacceptable. The owners of Century Theaters, should be ashamed. The theater management, does not operate the ticket office effectively, and never call for assistance when the lines back up. Century Theaters, if it does not improve it's ways, and provide better customer service, will soon go the way of the dinosaurs.

I love Century 16 theaters in downtown Pleasant Hill because it is clean, easy to park, and it feels like such a safe area. It is also really close to restaurants so it makes it easy to grab a bite before seeing a movie!
