We ordered windows from Soleil and it has been nothing less than a nightmare. Wrong window (twice), grills, sizes, types (new constuction vs. replacement.)



When the order came in the first time they were helpful in getting a new one ordered, but when that one came in wrong (after almost 6 months of waiting) they were not helpful and instead told us that the windows were right and that we should get a lawyer. I have never had an experience like this before.



I will say that the windows are beautiful, but that is thanks to Anderson.



If you do order materials through them, just check everything twice, measure everything and call right away if something is wrong.
