Kwik Lube & Car Wash

I have used them for the last 3 yrs with 2 different vehicles. While there, I do stay in my car and off my phone as they will need to speak with you during the service to get mileage, start and shut off your car during service, show you oil level and obtain payment transaction. They are always prompt, courteous to me (Im a woman) and I can see them correcting fluids properly. You can find cheaper somewhere else, but usually have a wait in a greasy lobby. I like staying in my own car with my coffee.

I have been going to get oil changes at the Kwik Lube for four years. They have always been quick and customer friendly. Tonight under the mangers breath he called me names and to get off my phone. All while using inappropriate language. I will never go here again. As a women and a Christian I will not support this establishment.
