Ok so let me start by identifying the people that took care of us when I bought my truck

A few months ago I travelled from NC to FL and bought a Freightlinerat RDM when we first saw it it had damage to the cabin canopy that said they would take care of that the following is a list they committed themselves in fixing prior to us taking delivery

Damage to canopy canopy fixed

Rear AC non fuctional NOT FIXED

Check engine light NOT FIXED

Escape hatch on roof broken/leaking NOT FIXED

It took nearly 2 months for Alan to speak to the owneronly to say NO

So if you're considering buying at RDM go somewhere else in the Miami area there's many other dealer you can buy from these folks at RDM only care to make money, and do not care about how they make it but if you have to have a car you want make sure they fix everything prior to taking ownership of the car as a business owner this is the best advise I can give you
