JDP Driveway Construction

This company is a FRAUD!!! HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!! If a job has not EVEN STARTED and you cancel you would think that a FULL REFUND would be given as good business ethics. We dealt with Barry Holsman/Sales Rep. for doing a wood fence on 09/08/16. BIG BIG RED FLAG when they discourage you from using a credit card!!! We paid down 50% with a check that was cleared within 24 hrs...note their contract states that you have 3 business days in which to cancel...we called on 09/10/16 to cancel the job which would have started 09/12/16. We followed up with an email notification 09/11/16. After several calls to their office and Barry Holsman, Larry Cohen called back and stated we needed to send a certified letter of notice of cancellation. We sent that express mail with signature receipt on 09/22/16. To date NO RESPONSE from them either by phone, email or letter!!!!

Stay away from this business. They took a deposit to do a driveway extension at my home and never came back to do the job. It's been a year now and still haven't gotten my deposit back. Criminals.
