Exotic Florist of Plantation

Terrible service! Flowers were sent to me and requested to be sent art a certain time...flowers did not arrive until 9 hours later and that is because I called them, they did not call me! Then when it arrived it was missing the rest of the gifts to go along with it. When I called back I was informed that there was issues with the address but even if that was the case I still had to call them to find out where my package was. We shall see if I receive the rest of the package to go with the flowers and the "ill make it up to you" that I was told I would get over the phone. Thanx for ruining my birthday surprise :(

This place is such a joke! It's 6:25pm February 15th, I ordered a $50 bouquet of flowers to be delivered YESTERDAY. When nothing came by 9pm I called and spoke to lady that explained that they had a lot of trouble and were completely backed up and that an upgraded bouquet with an apology note will go out first thing in the morning, I said ok, no big deal, it's Valentine's Day I understand.I still haven't gotten anything. I tried calling several times and got no answer. I don't know what kind of a scam this place is running but I want my money back!

Flowers were nice.. BUT not what I ordered!

Ordered lavender roses the previous night on the website, then in the afternoon was told they didn't have them. Then asked for ORANGE roses instead and was told they had them. Wound up getting some two tone color that looks like a dark yellow with orange trim. Definitely NOT orange roses. Of course she is happy with what she received but I am not. Spent a good deal of time looking for lavender or orange roses, then I think I found them only to get stuck with something else. Not happy but I don't live close and don't have the time to go there and make a stink. NOT interested in ordering from them again.

It is 8:15pm on Mother's Day and neither Mother has received anything! I ordered two $60 bouquets on Friday morning at 10am. I received an email confirmation for my order, to be delivered in two days, Mother's Day. When, as of 3pm today nothing had arrived, i called the shop, where I was assured they were on the way. The woman I spoke to said she even remembered the name of one of the receipient's and "knew" it was on it's way. I called the shop back at 5:10pm and no answer and no one has picked up again. No flower's! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service.

Don't bother! Incredibly poor follow up(no phone call to confirm they could handle an early morning delivery request or not), lots of excuses(one driver didn't show up, bad weather and second driver with a GPS couldn't find a business address again with no proactive follow up on their part) and free insults(recipient had to meet driver for her "surprise" delivery and Monica called her customer (me) "too demanding for thinking someone you send flowers on their birthday (and make hours late for other appointments) shouldn't have to pick them up. Would love to know where the "prompt and professional customer service" that they advertise is and how Monica would feel if she were treated that way as a customer or on her own birthday.
