        3 trips to Everglades John Deere in 6 months.

        1.I needed a battery charger for my electric start Honda mower, both parts guys made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. Sold me a wrong part, when I came back to exchange, they both again tried to convince me it was a right part and that I was not using it correctly.

        2. Needed carb rebuild kit, parts guy was very rude, looked down on me.

        3.Needed genuine Honda engine oil, parts guy offered to help but again made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. I then asked for metal fuel storage tank, with the attitude he told me no one makes those any more and glances at the other parts guy with a face expression "can you believe this guy".



        BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND!



        Next time I will record and post on you tube.

        Absolutely the worst

        I'll never buy from here again. They messed up another order & the parts guy was a complete A-hole! Absolutely NO help whatsoever and very rude.
