My guy, bless his heart, does most of his own mechanic work. It doesn't matter how good you are at it, how much you enjoy it, or how much money you have. Sometimes you just need input from the pros. We recently took his 98 HD to Cycle Stop in plant city for a diagnostic of some transmission issues, he'd been having. The guys there were great! They had the bike a little over a week, & it runs better, & smoother now than ever. They kept us updated, took pictures of some of the issues they found, fixed it, and did it for a reasonable fee. We felt it was money well spent, & will keep their phone number available for future reference, for sure. A special thanks to Don, for a job well done.

Horrible service. I was told to come over on a sat morning to pay so my parts would be in by that tuesday , well after no phone call by thur we called and got blown off. Mind u I payed for the whole bill in full up front. My mistake. Then fri parts finnaly show up which isn't a big deal but when we call 5 times to see when they could install parts I get a aditude and was told they needed my bike for 3 days for a 4.5 hour job. Because they needed to make money and they would need to pull off my bike if oil changes or tire jobs came into shop. If I knew it would take 2 weeks to get handle bars installed on my bike. So I ran like hell and will be bringing my bike to harley davidson to get my bars installed. Atleast they make me feel like they apreate my business I was just trying to give a local business some work but my mistake.

Wow. I was very impressed at how professional all the staff were at Cycle Stop. It really was a great thing that I met them at Bike nite. They did an excellent job at explaining all the services they proformed on my bike. I will be a repeat customer and an advocate of Cycle Stop. Ride on. Thanks JH

This is a great, growing, little bike shop. I have always had good service. The guys are good mechanics. Their prices are much better than an HD dealership, and if you need new rubber this place is the cheapest I have found. Stop in and check them out. Our little town of Plant City needs a good full featured bike shop, so lets support them...sure beats riding through Brandon traffic and is cheaper too!

I would like to thank the guys over at Cycle shop USA for the fine work they did on my bike on 9/29/10 as I had talk to Jason a couple week earlier and told him what I wanted and got the best price around the area I called about five other tire/repair shops and settle on them, mainly for the personal care they showed before I ever got to the shop.I was delayed getting back to Jason and he still keep the price as he told me he would.They put on both front and back tires and brakes he also pointed out couple thing I needed which I took care of myself.As far as wheels being not cleaned thats on me I DIDNOT go for detailing I got what I wanted again fine job Jason. Not only will they refuse to fix their mistakes, they will expand your bad experience by accusing you of trying to tell them how to do their job. As an added bonus, if you enjoy spending hours cleaning your bike, this is definitely the place to go as you'll be presented with a filthy machine once their so-called "work" has been completed. And all that for just $200! What a deal!
