The address here is listed wrong. It's 1103 12th Place, Plano Texas 75074. Roy, the owner is very personal and genuine. No sales techniques, no pushing of extra services. I agree with all the other reviews here. Mechanic it top notch and work is done right at a fair price.

I had to think back on it, but my family has been using Roy as our Mechanic in Plano since 1996. For nearly 20 years, Roy has been just as these other have described. He goes out of his way to tell you exactly what needs to be done, and how to do so with the least possible cost involved. A wonderful person, and I would consider him a friend of the family now. I cannot say enough about Roy, he's a great mechanic with strong moral values. I don't think that happens anymore.

I agree with the other posters. Roy does great work, his pricing is very reasonable and he will never take advantage of you. He usually suggests the most cost effective method and is honest. Hard to find people like this these days.

We never kept a car past 70K until we met Roy. He treats your car like it is his and will honestly tell you what needs to be done to keep it running for a long time and won't sell any service that is not necessary. And he is reasonably priced.

This buisness has very reasonable labor cost. Roy is very honest and wont take advantage of you. If something doesn't need to be fixed or if there is a cheaper way to fix it he will tell you. He will even refer you to another place if he thinks they can do a better job then his shop. They also do very good work.
