LMS Investment Group no loner has their physical location, but they are still in operation and are currently running Smokin' Racks BBQ, 621 W Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas



Smokin' Racks BBQ is being managed and run by a criminal entity. His name is Stephen Lapaul Williams. His associates are Miroslaw (Mike) Lakomski, Dana

Savage, Jay Savage, James (Jim) Muise, Lisa Worsham (who holds the liquor license).



What they do is get you to invest in their "business". You give them your money, and you never see it again. They will give you every excuse in the book about why things aren't going the way it should. When you begin to ask questions, they will stop all contact with you as an investor.



Their last victim was 18th Hole Bar and Grill in Plano (formerly Aparicios Restaurant & Tequila Bar) in Plano.



Previous victims are:



Aquadora across from the Galleria (took approx half a mil from them);

Twenty7 Sportsbar and Grill in Plano,

Krem Ultra Lounge in Plano,

Metropolitan in Arlington;

Arapaho Pub and Grill in Addison,

2ONE4 in Dallas.



And these are only since I met him in 2009. Steve Williams and Mike Lakomski are currently on 10 yrs probation for operating an illegal gambling place in Collin County.



You may wonder why he hasn't been stopped. White collar crimes are the hardest to get prosecutors interested in. Go to Rip Off Report and search for Stephen Lapaul Williams or Google his name. Stephen Williams, Dana Savage, Jay Savage, Lisa Worsham, Jim Muise, and Mike Lakomski are only 6 involved amougst a few others. They do not pay their employees (ask 18th Hole, or any former employees of the businesses mentioned above) nor do they pay their vendors.

These are a few of many other DBA's they have created, and now they are operating under Smokin Racks Inc .



ALL of the prior companies they operated under are no longer in operation. They close up shop and move on when their funds run dry or their investors start to ask questions.



If you know any of the investors or ARE an investor in Smokin Racks, I would suggest you take legal measures to protect yourself from them. Take your contract to an attorney. I already know what they're going to tell you.
