Floors Done Wright

Thieves! They ripped up our water damaged wood, took our deposit and gave us the run around for 3 months and never delivered on the wood/installation. We're now filing a small claim.

Company installed hard surface flooring. I asked the owner if he would be doing th install. He said, yes, he and his son. Day of install the son and his friend showed up. I asked where the owner was and was told he would be at the job later on. Owner never even stopped by the job. Owner never discussed making sure the floor was level, I only found out about that later as there are uneven patches in the floor. Owner said we discussed and we did NOT. My floors now have gaps on the vertical end, so too much space was left at the wall. How do I know this? I am installing another room and that is not happening. Very unprofessional attitude.
