Crest Infiniti

Rhonda L.'s comment on here sounds like a competitor. I have bought two vehicles from them and had wonder, professional experiences BOTH times. And being a former home sales woman and current DE Underwriter myself and marrying a now former car sales man, I know when someone is just BS'ing to get a sale. Ibraham is bluntly honest and wonderful to work with, so is the finance guy. I admit, I am working on it, but because of the past I don't have the best credit and I wasn't treated poorly, like I was at other dealerships. I was treated very respectfully and like I said, have purchased two different cars from them. Actually on my second car, we agreed to have the tent revised and while service went through the car, theyfound just some minor things they fixed for free. There are not many dealerships that you can say that about. I recommend anyone who is shopping around for a car to buy one from Crest Infiniti in Plano, Tx. I could go on all day how great this place is to buy a car from. If you are looking for a car, go to Crest Infiniti and ask for Ibraham. This is nothing like a referral, you don't have to say I sent you or anything, he is just really awesome to work with!

Very polite, friendly, accepting. Very knowledgeable and had lots of patience.

Lynn Cramp was an exceptional sales lady. She was not pushy, listened to my wants and made me feel as if I were her only customer.

Josh was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so quick and easy.

Rep took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a car and then worked within my budget to find the best.

Tux, our sales person, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The pride and passion for his work is obvious and shows in the excellent service he provides his customers. We are very happy with our purchase!

Extremely knowledgeable about vehicle I was interested in as well as the competition which helped me with my comparison.

The worst, most unscrupulous, dishonest car dealership I have ever attempted to do business with. Do not waste your time. There is far too much detail to my "tale of woe" to put it all here in this little space. My story spanned over 10 days (two 5 hour trips there) of trying to buy a car from this dealership... all the way from Little Rock, AR... with pre-approved financing. They were actually quite awful...unlike anything I've ever seen from a dealership their size. Although I didn't find what I wanted there, you'd be much better off shopping at Sewell Infiniti in Dallas instead....especially if you are not part of Crest's "typical" demographic:) Tip #2---don't show up at Sewell Infiniti in Dallas as a single person.. It doesn't help your plight there either. Good luck!

Richie was amazing. He made my wife and I so at home and comfortable!! He was knowledgeable and helped us understand the vehicle and options. He walked me through a very good deal! I am very happy! He will be my sales person for life.

This is the second pre-owned infinity that I have purchased from Crest. As always, I was treated as a valued customer and with respect. My sales person Gary was very knowledgeable on all vehicle models and worked to get the perfect car for me which I ended up purchasing. In addition, the finance manager treated me with respect and worked to get me the best financing option available. I will continue to use Crest as my choice for purchasing vehicles in the future.

They all clearly care very much about the dealership and take pride in what they do.

Nice touch having a person designated just to ask questions about how your vehicle works. Donny also offered to help in all service areas....as a one stop number to call if I needed anything or had question.

The best part is that it only took 31 minutes to negotiate. That is record breaking in my car buying experiences....I will be back and refer others because of this.
