        Overall

        I usually have a good experience at this store but not today. I tried to return some paintballs which were defective straight out of the box. Because I had used 2/4 bags they refused to exchange them. Somewhat understandable but consider that another 4 bags in another box had the some problem, i.e. they had exploded paint inside the bags which ruins the entire bag. I felt ganged up after strongly (but politely) stating my case. They have lost my business over 15 dollars worth of paintballs.

        Plentiful Help

        I was pleasantly surprised at all of the helpful associates at Academy when I visited yesterday. Maybe it was just because of the holidays but I found several employees who were a big help during my search for gifts. I'll go back!
