It was very nice of you to take time out to explain things to me. Since I brought my insurance needs to you last year, I have received impeccable service from your office. Pat and Melissa have been beyond excellent. As you know, I moved so I have needed several new and change services over the past 3-4 months.... rental insurance, added a new car to my auto policy, and now a builder risk and hazard insurance policy for my new home being built, etc. As a business owner, I realize that customer feedback is important.
