        Overall
        beware of service dept.

        Poor service. Will quote very veryyou high price first, then give you a "deal". The deal is still outrageous.
        They have refused to back up work they do.
        Unresolved complaints with Better Business Bureau.
        Buyer Beware.

        buyer beware!!

        Brought 2 bikes had nothing but issues. High price for repairs & repair shop has no clue what they are doing. Also sold second bike which was a lemon. They knew about it & wouldn't do anything about it. Customer service I'd awful!!
