I also have had an apt thru old man volpe and they were all pleasant and nice until the stove stopped working and then it was all crazy people giving my girlfriend the run around. Not sure who runs it now but I would stick with elm grove apartments in Pittsfield

Frank Volpe apartments are terrible most of them are rodent infested and black soot is found all over the place, The gentleman is very unfriendly and verbally abusive. Better off living on the streets than one of his dumps
