I had this company replace an old bathroom faucet that was dripping. The replacement job was performed satisfactorily - BUT - a) the amount of time spent on the job was just over an hour and they charged me 2.5 hours and b) the sink began to slope downwards away from the wall over time. When I called to ask them to come back and correct the latter at their expense they sent the same plumber out. He did not correct the problem and they still sent me an invoice again overstating the time spent from what was a 20 minute visit to 1.5 hours. In addition to all this, the dispatcher/receptionist is extremely brusque and rude. Stay away from this one!
