        DON'T BANK HERE EVER!!!! UNFAIR BANKING!!!!!

        If you are not wealthy this bank is not for you!!!! This bank is only willing to assist customers who have high deposit balances and not ordinary day to day customers (I was told this by the manager). I have had an account since this bank was Prestige. I will not be staying with this bank since it is no longer customer service oriented since the change to Northwest. The bank uses unfair banking practices and reorders transaction history in order to be able to charge the customer unreasonable fees. This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. The staff is not knowledgable and is unable to answer even the most basic questions. I was also told by a manager she could not help me and was hung up on a few months ago.
