MedExpress Urgent Care

I am sitting here looking at the web site and the hours listed are 9am-9pm daily, however, last evening at 8:15pm, I attempted to take my daughter there to be tested for Strep Throat only to have the doors locked and the employees inside putting on their coat/jackets. When they saw me, they shook their heads "No" and then walked out and to their cars. What's up? Waste of gas and unnecessary stress on my already sick 10 year old daughter. Thanks a lot.

Very dissatisfied with the care I did NOT receive. Dr took 5 minutes to tell me there was nothing they could do for my swollen, sore knee, put an ace bandage on it, told me to take Motrin. I paid $115.00 for an ace bandage???? Never again, won't ever use this service again.
