Katsur Dental & Orthodontics

Horrible! Run as fast as you can! I should have known when I was "greeted" by what looked like a crew of renewal center recruits. The jailhouse tattoos covering the arms of the receptionists should have been my first clue that I wasn't about to receive top quality care. None the less, I let these people work on my mouth. On 2 visits, the "dentist" never even looked in my mouth. Apparently he is so good he can diagnose without even looking in someone's mouth. When I finally did get my teeth worked on, I ended up in worse shape than before I started. Also, I had to listen to the hygienists talk about drugs and other illegal activities during my 45 minute wait in the dentist chair. "Dr. " Monti let me wait for 45 minutes and only spent 15 minutes destroying my mouth. It has been 3 months and I still have a gaping tear from the socket to my cheek. My jaw bone is exposed and I can't eat. Plus the tooth I had filled is extremely painful. When I went back to the office because of the infection and exposed bone, dr. Monti stood at the doorway and said that it was probably nothing and to come back in 2 weeks. When I insisted to be checked out after scheduling and paying for an appointment, I was refused. Then I was told by the hygienist to "go f@*% myself" and "if you don't like it, go somewhere else..."



HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS? I haven't found anyone with something positive to say about Katsur Dental.
