Eagle Taxi

What a great taxi service! I needed a ride from my home in Penn Hills to Presbyterian Hospital. I called the service desk and Michael, the driver, called back. I let him know the times I needed him, both to and from the hospital, and he gave me an estimate of the fair, which was very reasonable. He called me when he was on his way and arrived early "to get me there on time". His car was beautiful, clean and he opened the door assisting me in and out of the car. We arrived on time, and when I was finished, I called him and he arrived within 10 minutes to take me home. Michael was very pleasant and professional and was truly the nicest taxi driver I ever had the privilege of doing business with.

And finally when I was home and he helped me out of the car, he said to please call him whenever I needed a ride. How wonderful is that! Just a great experience all around.

Our driver, smilin Charlie was the best!! We used curb to get to our location, but then they had no cabs listed in the area when it was time to return home. We looked up eagle taxi and gave them a call. Smilin charlie answered personally, what a nice guy!! He was courteous, called several times to update me and let me know when he arrived. I will definitely be using their company again!

I used Eagle recently from Carnegie to Downtiwn Pittsburgh and had the pleasure of meeting driver "Smilin Charlie". I will certainly use him again because he was a true gentleman. Very pleasant and professionally dressed.
