Churchview Garden Apartments

I've been a resident of Churchview Garden Apartments for over 7 years and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, friendly and affordable place to live. All of the utilities, including heat and air conditioning, are included in the rent which, in itself can't be beat. There are 2 laundry rooms in each building...only $.50 to wash and $.50 to dry per load. We have an onsite maintenance staff who are on-call 24/7, in the event of emergencies. There is a small, but very nice playground for the children on the premises. We are right down the street from the borough building, which is also where the police station is located, as well as the pool, hoop courts and baseball fields. The elementary school is also just up the street from us (maybe a 10 minute drive, at most). Excellent school district. Friendly neighbors. Safe environment. Other than the sounds of children playing, it is very quiet and peaceful here. Plus, we're close to everything! I love it!
