Promised completion 1 1/2 weeks after survey was complete. promised again a week later, and another week, and another. after the deadline was almost 1 month past due they failed to meet a final deadline of 2 additional days. Did not call back to work it out, did not meet their own deadline. When I finally called 3 days past my deadline and 2 days past theirs they stated i gave them an ultimatum setting a hard deadline and they didn't work like that and would not produce the survey results
