Pleasant View Gardens

This place is horrible. People taking place in indecent activitys in parking lot. There are roaches everywhere, even after fumigation.the smell of curry comes thru the walls. This place wont even supply you with a light bulb.

Just don't move in here.



I have asthma and allergic rhinitis so I cannot live in the carpet floor apartment, but they first showed me a hardwood apartment and told me that I'll get the 100% same, but what I got was carpet. Now I have so many health issues, please don't move in!

The apartments are gross -- badly painted and not well-kept. Management is rude and not very helpful, and maintenance takes forever to fix things. Laundry facilities are dirty and machines are always broken (and of course take weeks to fix). Rent is way too high for the quality of the complex. I can't wait for my lease to be over. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody in a million years.
