purchased hardwood and had them installed by The Flooring Pros. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a large selection to choose from. Their price was very competitive. The installation crew did a wonderful job. They were clean, showed up on time and the work was fantastic. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

Worst experience I have ever encountered. Salesperson Rick seemed to be a nice person to work with but after I placed my order he could care less about anything. They aren't professional or courteous enough to keep you informed, even if there are issues arising. My carpet wasn't installed on the day that was promised and I was never even told it wasn't coming. Other flooring I had being installed was cut too short and wouldn't fit the room. Was promised it would be corrected and installed the following week and that doesn't appear to be happening either. The customer service is horrible. If I could cancel, have them tear out everything, and refund my money, I would do it in a heartbeat. I will never deal with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I've never went online and posted a negative review until now. I'll be sure to post this same message on every site possible.

Very friendly staff. I purchased hardwood for my entire down stairs. The Flooring Pro's had very competitive pricing and had a very large selection to choose from. They have very professional installation crews. i would recommend The Flooring Pro's to any of my family or friends!

This store is ran by idiots!! Stay away from this place.
