        Overall

        They installed a wool carpet remnant in the basement. The prices are better than the big box stores. The installers did a good job.

        I needed an inexpensive large piece of carpet, I got a better quality and nice looking remnant than I was expecting for a great price. They were friendly helpful and I am very satisfied. I will go back soon for another.

        The lady that owns Black Dog Carper is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. However, the two men that came to install the carpet were hammering the carpet and a dish in the room next door fell off the wall and broke. The two carpet installers threw away the dish and didn’t even tell me about it! They even went so far as to take all the large pieces and leave little pieces of it on the floor!

        Black Dog tells all customers if they have anything of personal value it should be moved or taken off the wall or ceiling themselves. When the flooring is being installed the hammering can vibrate the walls and ceilings. The installers should have reported this to me, you as a consumer should have reported this to me as well so I could have replaced your dish. Our installers are insured. Thank you for your business.
