My credit was destroyed in a divorce and I didn't think I would ever be able to finance a nice car again. I called E-Z Car credit and Mark assured me that he would be able to help me get into a great car. I was a little unsure about being able to be approved for a loan but sure enough they did it!!! I dealt with JR and he put me into the car that I picked out. I couldn't believe it - The paperwork was a breeze and Chris explained everything to me about the deal and how this would help my credit for future purchases. To top it off they got a decent interest rate - I love these guys!!! Thank you E-Z and I would and will recommend them to everyone!!!

Wow, well where do I begin. Previous reviews are absolutly correct first of all. I am most suprised to find out I am not the only one who was dooped on the price. They upped the price of my vehicle by $1,000 as well! The vehicle I bought starting breaking down a month after I drove off the lot and the warranties of course did not cover my issues. They also reposessed my vehicle only 3 days after payment was due and I called them letting them know I would be a little late!! When I bought this vehicle the owner (his son) insisted that they were easy going and all I had to do was call and keep them informed...I did, they told me it was fine and I wake up to find my car gone! Charged me a $400 repo fee that HAD TO BE CASH????? Oh and that's isnt the best part! Stuff was stolen from my vehicle and they tried to blame the 'third party repo people' the police station told me that EZ CAR CREDIT themselves repo'd my car! Soo...that means they stole my stuff, charged me an unnecessary repo fee on top of reposessing it wrongfully AND had the nerve to tell me I signed a page in their novel of a contract that says they are not liable for stolen property during repos.



If you buy a car here, it would be a very stupid decision! They have bad ratings here as well as with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, they make you sign a contract that allows them to steal from you and they stick you in junk vehicles! They are arrogant and dismissive. I am fighting to have them investigated and shut down!

finally, after a year a finance company has purchased my loan - ezcar credit is the worst place ever to buy a car - yes, my credit was an issue - but this comapny repossessed my car twice - with $500 cash needed each time to get the car back, after a few days they will keep your car - with a 30 page contract to protect them ... my offense two days late on a payment & a check that could have been issued to the bank a second time - not even a phone call - left work 30 miles away from home & the car was gone .... stay away from this place ...having less than stellar credit is no excuse for highway robbery and ethics that are beyond questionable....CHARGED ME $1000 MORE THAN INTERNET PRICE WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR!

They represent the true meaning of 'SCAM ARTISTS'. The vehicles are overpriced and junk. They make them look pretty but that's as far as that goes. The warranties are next to useless, not covering most issues. They are unreliable and hard to reach. The short, young guy with black hair...very rude and walks around like he owns the place. The guy who owns the place...yuh forget that he acts like a celebrity and is impossible to reach (always at the auction! yet I see him sitting at the desk when I call)

They will sell you and have no remorse for what they are putting you into. BEWARE they are good at making things sound good but once you sign that contract...it's over! Get a lawyer!
