        Overall

        Poor service. When you call to order gas, they tell you it will take 1 week or sooner. Then when you call they tell you 14 days. Then when you call corporate they tell you 14 business days. I ordered gas 12 days ago and ran out yesterday. I call to ask them to please deliver because my husband is handicapped and disabled. I was told it would be the next day. Last night the temp was 21 degrees. They called me today at 9:30 and assured me the gas would be delivered today. I called at 1 to ask if it was going to be delivered today. I was assured it would be. I called at 7 and was rolled over to the answering message. NO gas for us tonight. terrible customer service. They truly do not care. Please take you business to another company.
