This is my second maid service since moving to Pinehurst, and the first I will use again. The first time we hired a maid my wife had just given birth to our son. Our son was in hospital for an extended period of time due to reconstructive heart surgery, my wife and I hired help to get the place back in order. However, we were greatly disappointed and felt for the money we spent it would have been better to clean ourselves, a year later my wife moves due to the military, and I hire a different service with hesitation after the poor cleaning the first time. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Mack Maids. The owner personally called me and surveyed the home, she also was very genial and prompt with service. The house looks great and I booked for regular service.

Thought we kept our home clean but after using Mack Maids you could see a world of difference in the floors and everything else. Thanks Mack Maids for doing a great job.

Fantastic service. My wife has suffered from crippling OCD her entire life. But recently a new job I've gotten has kept me from being able to maintain the upkeep required to keep her happy. They were very accommodating to all our extremely specific requests. My wife could not have been more nervous about letting a stranger in our home and touch her belongings. They were very understanding and didn't make her feel uncomfortable or make her feel as if she was asking too much. They exceeded our expectations and earned our business for a lifetime. Thank you Mack Maids!! You have made my life significantly easier and my wife's affliction manageable.

Mack Maids have been the best cleaners that I recommend to any of my customers. I used to go between different companies but Mack Maids have surpassed the others to the point where I don't recommend any others but them. Trustworthy and very reasonable with prices.
