        Wadlington Remodeling just finished replacing our roof. Of the various companies that submitted bids, theirs was not the lowest, but neither was it the highest. Their bid was by far the most detailed, spelling out aspects of the job that we had not anticipated (being novices), and not specified by any other contractor, and even detailing the amount attributable to overhead and profit.



        They started the job exactly when they promised, and finished earlier than we would have expected, given the recent hot spell. Their workers were thoughtful and courteous (for example, taking the initiative to erect a little shelter to protect some flowers in a planter). Furthermore, the left the site far cleaner than the contractor that installed our previous roof.



        Wadlington Remodeling is fully certified in all aread of contracting, with special skills in many areas, such as remodeling in ways that will assist seniors in staying in their homes and maintain their independence.



        We plan to call on Wadlington Remodeling for any/all future projects we may have.
