Not happy with this place at all. They did two jobs for me and both were poorly done - and one was over charged. After the first issue I gave them benefit of the doubt and gave them a second chance. Oh yeah, no appology, just a quick "oh that usually doesn't happen". However just like the other guy (02 GMC truck) they refused to accept any responsibility. Instead the one owner (Ivan, guy with glasses) without a word Ivan just walked away, left a young guy at the desk with me and never came back - they went to find him and said he was in a back office and wasn't coming out. Not customer oriented despite all the rhetoric on their website. ...and no I wasn't loud or angry; instead I explained why I felt they had charged me incorrectly for parts that never went on the car. It was under $100 so I didn't persue in court, but it was ridiculous for him to say they always order standard parts for a tune up whether my car needs those parts...what??? Why order a part my car doesn't need replacing??? It gets worse, one part was out of stock and they were charging for it. So that's two parts that never went on my car, but I was charged the "standard price" because that's they would have done if part was available or needed replacing - But it didn't need one and the other wasn't available??? I wish I would have not giving them a second chance.

Took my 2002 GMC Truck in because the brakes were starting to act weird. I would push on the brakes and sometimes it would not stop and then the truck would shudder, like a pulsing valve or something. Took it to these folks and the mechanic said right off that it is the front wheel bearing causing the ABS to pulsate. He said they did a bunch of these every month. I questioned him on the probability that it was brakes or a valve but he was positive, no question, bad wheel bearing. Well, it’s not JUST the wheel bearing, it is the entire front axle part to the tune of about $500. Got it back and the next day it did the same thing. Took it BACK in and this time I got an estimate for $900 to replace all the brake lines. Seems that one line up front was rusted and leaking that was causing the ABS to pulsate. NOT THE WHEEL BEARING Nothing they could do about the bearing because they SAID it was bad and is a core part so they had to send it back in. I picked up the truck and took it to another mechanic who replaced the one brake line for $75 and it runs great. They may be good but they jumped to an incorrect conclusion with my truck and it cost me $500. Worse, they would not admit that they made a mistake
