Before And After

I've recently been struggling with split ends, frizz, and overall boring natural hair. A good friend referred me to Karen and I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door! The salon is one of THE nicest that I've ever been in and the service was friendly and professional. Karen asked me all about the problems I perceived with my hair and what my goals were. She mentioned the mini Brazilian blowout, which I chose, and I couldn't have been happier! I left the salon with healthier, fuller, bouncier hair than when I used to have a relaxer! Karen is the best! I know at least 2 African-American women with hair way down their backs because of Karen and I can't wait to join them!

Karen is a very nice person. She is very concerned about her customers. She has a no wait time policy and is always about the customer. She puts her customers first. She provided care to my daughter for the first time, and the whole time, she was talking to my daughter about what is good for her hair and what she plans to do to get her hair healthy. I have told all my friends and family about her. Karen is the only hair stylist I have met that does not allow you to wait. We traveled from Spartanburg SC and will do it again. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, friendly, professional environment to get your hair done, this is it. Karen is the best of the best. She not only style your hair, she takes care of it. She is very knowledgeable in her field, she lets you know exactly what is going on with your hair, and what you need to do to keep it healthy. Since i've been going to her, my hair has been doing a hundred times better. I love it. All I can say is, no matter what your hair look like when you walk in, you're going to love the way it look when you walk out. Her styles will amaze you!

The After was definitely better because before my hair definitely needed help. It has been said that first impressions are lasting impressions. From the moment I walked into the Before and After Salon, I was impressed. The atmosphere was inviting. Karen definitely gives the customer service touch. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the salon. All 5 stars are well deserved.

I have been to many salons to get the perfect style. No matter where I go I always return to Before and After because I always get the precision haircut ( others have usually messed my hair up) and massaging hairwash. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet inviting. My stylist makes me feel like I've been to a hair spa, a wonderful experience!
