Beautiful upgraded units.
Walked into office and staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Assistant manager showed us a apartment and we just put our application in. Rates are awesome and all utilities are included.

Worst apt ever manger kicking me out without serving me court papers good thing I knew my rights.... Bed bugs roches everywhere and the manger Ana is the worst manger ever not fair and I got word that she dose cocaine. From a guy that that sold it in these apartment's

Would not recommend to anyone. No hot water, crappy swamp cooler and managment thinks they can walk in your apartment when ever they want. Anna Garcia needs to be fired and is by far the worst manager, if you tell her something is wrong she laughs because she already knows and says theyll get to it soon but never do. Maintenace is so damn lazy they cant get nothing done. All the apartments are roach infested and have budbugs in the bedrooms.

It is unfortunate to say that this place did lie at the beginning of my lease saying that they do not have any bugs when they really did. The apartment was infested with roaches and they never went away. I tried multiple ways to get rid of them but the filthy neighbors caused them to creep into my apartment. From the first night, the neighbors upstairs had a child who stomped his feet day and night which was extremely loud and annoying. Also The next door neighbors were very obnoxious with they're loud music early in the morning and lady screaming at her dog throughout the day. The customer service is terrible because every time I complained to them, the same thing would happen the next day/night. They were also very rude and It felt like they were almost being prejudice since I am not a hispanic. There are also perverted men that stalked me and my roommate which was very scary. The neighborhood is so loud and you can hear the train going by every couple hours. I have only lived here for a couple months and I would never recommend this place for anyone to live at.

This place is infested with scorpions, roaches and bed bugs don't move here its the worst place to live at yes prices are cheap but with all the problems they have the price you would pay is too high. I know first hand since I lived here before and the manager Olivia is the most rude person ever she never takes care of our problems, and is never in the office shes either out of the property or in 1 of the residents apartments which by the way I think is her lover since she's there at the middle of the night and during the day 1 time I went to complain that her lover was loud after hours and all she said was she'll take care of that and of course she didn't instead she started harrasing me with letters until I decided to move out.

I have been living at Bella Verde Apartments for over a year. This property was San Souci prior. I have noticed several upgrades on property. The property was painted and they are now in units remodeling. I like that all the utilities are included.

I moved into Bella Verde Apartments 3 months ago and the neighbor upstairs overflowed the tub. My ceiling leaked and the drywall was damaged. I called the emergency maintenance line and the on call Maintenance tech came out and spoke to the tenants. The maintenance man stated they would return in a hour after purchasing drywall. He took care of this issue immediately and have not had a problem since.

When I moved in there were some issues with neighbors, loud music. I contacted the office and it was handled immediately. Property is nice and quiet. We also have security on property.
