If you're looking for spacious apartments and a quiet oasis in the South part of Phoenix, this might be the right place for you. While the neighborhood is so-so, you would never know it because the apartments all face inwards to a courtyard area with a pool, BBQ pits, and grass area. Kind of reminds me of Melrose Place. The management team has always been very attentive to my needs and very responsive. The place is extremely clean and is gated for added security. All-in-all this was a great place to live when I was in Phoenix (now in CA). One more thing, the other tenants tend to be young to middle aged professionals who work in the area. In otherwards, it's quiet!
