        First, this property is no longer the Siesta Palms. It is now:
        4RENTWEEKLY - PHOENIX NORTHWEST It is managed by:
        CALIBER REALTY AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT As it's name implies, it now offers Weekly Apartment Rentals. They are fully furnished and include free internet and extended cable channels with a wall mounted flat screen TV. There location leaves little to be desired but they are a gated community. When I first saw their advertised weekly rate of $214 for a studio, I was a bit excited. But when I got their to register, I had to pay taxes and a $65 deposit, which is refundable if you leave the room in a comparable condition when to rented it. I received a full refund when I checked out. Be prepared to have proper ID and acceptable proof of income. I would stay there again.
