Lincoln Village Apartment Complex

It is always a mess. There is children screaming at the top of their lungs for hours upon hours. Sometimes till 11 at night. The children act like animals. They are very rude and the parents do nothing about it. Nothing has truly been done to solve the issue.

The grass was always soggy even in the winter so there were always insects in my room. Mainly crickets and small roaches, nothing of significant size. It is a mediocre place that worked for the rent we paid, my only real problem was after moving. I moved out of state and was not able to collect any information regarding my deposit when I left. After about a month of waiting for something via post I called to find out what was going on. I was told that I owed around 200 for damages. Yeah that sucked, but I was willing to pay. I asked to be sent some sort of bill so I could pay it off. For 2 more months I called, after being repeatedly put on hold then hung up on I decided to call corporate. After a few more weeks I found they owed us $89 for our deposit, and after another month I got it in the mail :-\
