If I could give - 5 stars I would.
This owner is every bit the true meaning of Slum Lord ... Repairs are never done and when they are they are done Half way and illegal. Mice have over ran these units.. Roaches are out of control. Bed Bug infestation is a real issues for those wanting to loose everything you have. 9 months of living at this property was an absolute horrifying experience. From Management screaming and cussing people out on a regular basis to Maintenance threating people's guest. Not to mention the Sex Offender population being 3/4 th population at the property. Maintenance being a 2 time convicted Registered Sex Offender who spent many years behind bars not only in Arizona but convicted in another state as well.
Never Ever Live At This Or Any Other Property belonging to this Owner or Management. Horrible Experience.
