        ANSWER THE PHONE! ITS YOUR ONLY CHANCE FOR A CUSTOMER!

        I have tried calling this place plenty of times and they NEVER want to answer their phone. Leave a message? What kind of customer service is this? Given the economy and beautiful choices in salons, i've found, they should work on their "business" before they get shut down.
