Chase Bank

I do NOT recommend the Investment Service department at this branch. I have had multiple problems with their mistakes. Each year I am told it will be corrected, but each year I must call to stop the reoccuring withdrawals from my bank account to fund this brokerage account. I only authorize ONE withdrawal each year to avoid paying the "inactivity fee", but each year they continue the withdrawal every month until I notice it and call to correct them. I'm just waiting for the stock market to recover so I can close this account and end their unauthorized withdrawals.
