Terrible businessman! Had pictures done for my son’s First Holy Communion back in April, it is now the end of July and still have not received them. I have called 3 times and not one time did he apologize or offer a refund just keeps giving me every excuse in the book...he had graduation pictures, senior pictures, blah blah....do yourself a favor and do not use this man to do your photos!!

We have had the misfortune of dealing with Mr. Santilli for several years with my son in baseball and now wrestling. The ridiculous amount of time you have to wait to receive the items that you have already paid for is uncalled for. Every year of baseball pictures were received at the end of the season. Wrestling pictures were taken on 2/13 of this year with only one pose and one team picture and have still not received them back. Mr. Santilli's business Facebook page has not been updated since 2011, which makes me think his customers are not important to him. I would just like the product that I have already paid for!

For as many years as this man has been taking pictures you would think they would be somewhat good; poor positioning, and lack of basic editing. I'm sorry but was not impressed!
