Your Furniture Stop

This place is a NIGHTMARE! Do yourself a tremendous favor and never use these thieves. I wish I had come here and read the previous comment before I made a purchase.



I am out more than $1100.00! I ordered mattresses, and never received them. I was supposed to receive them by 11am, and after four phone calls of lies they closed the store and went home. Still no mattresses. I phoned in the morning and of course spoke to someone who had no idea what happened yesterday, where or how to locate the owner, nor how to get in touch with the delivery guy! This is a den of thieves.



I however, have no intentions of letting this end with my lost.! This is far from over.

I ordered a Bedroom Set on 05/09/15 and the total was $1500 I added a dresser chest so the total was $2,000.On 05/15/15 they brought the merchandise the chest was broken so they took it. When I moved the night stand it was cracked and a part of the headboard was scrapped; I contacted them like 15 min. later. They said to send pictures and they will exchange it. Jay assured to me that I would get the night stand that Wednesday b/c he had one in stock. On 05/23/15 someone came to my home for a Service call to take pictures of the damaged merchandise, I been calling and they give me the run around. On 05/27/15 I called twice and an employee hung up on me both times, I went that same day and he claimed that the manager took the Phone from him and hung it up. When I asked to speak to the manager he was very rude and said that he had to leave to another store. I spoke to someone else and he said that they don't know who came to my home and the information is not in the system so I would have to send pics again and do another service call. I asked that the chest gets taken out and they want to charge me 50% on the total of something I never received. They refuse to keep the item and I don't want it. They don't even deserve a star!!!
