Trilogy Night Club & Hookah Lounge

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Paid 20$ just for them to tell me I couldn't go to all 3 floors because private parties are being held. They should have at least stole me. Also I came in at 1 am and the place was completely empty.

Horrible location. Won't tell you that there is a private party but will still charge you a cover charge and then tell you they do not offer refunds. DO NOT COME HERE ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not a good lounge. We went there last month for 3rd time, the door lady security was rude even tough the guy try to be nice. Paid the door charge and went in to order the hookah, the hookah service was bad, the waitresses are arrogant and neglect the service. I don't understand why don't the lounge management change the waitresses. We left the lounge and went to other spot. These people lack customer service.

This is the worst club when it comes to customer service. The door security lady is rude and not helpful. Hookahs are good but service is bad. Hookah prices are way high. They charge for charcoal too. Hookah service is bad and the staff not professional. Drinks are ok and they dont accept credit cards(cash only). Music is ok.

Decided to go here Saturday for my 21st birthday. The lady (wanted to call her something else) at the door taking IDs was very rude & got mad because there were 6 of us & we wanted to go in together. Also the line was too long & they didn't open the doors on time. On a good note the bartender on the floor with the hookahs was awesome . She was very friendly & pretty & even made custom drinks for us . She made us forget about the rude lady at the door ! DJ was just OK

If you want VIP don't waste your time. First I was told VIP was $600 for 10 people, and included a measley 3 bottle & no waiting in line. which is super expensive but I agreed. I asked them if other people with me (other then VIP ppl) could have some sort of discount, no response. I told them my group of 10 was expanding, no response. I asked them about hookah prices, no response. Mind you all this communication is over email and these people could not be bothered to work a deal or even respond to my inquisitions!!! So then I called them, no response, I left a VM with my name & number and they never bothered to call back. Very frustrating dealing with them. I heard great things about the place itself, so I was very disappointed at their treatment of prospective clients. This was for my graduation and welcome home from my military battle. Very dissapointing without even setting foot in there first!!!

By far the best diverse club in philadelphia playing hip hop, house, reggae, r&b, Latin & much more... They stay open till 330 am. It's also a hookah lounge with the most hookah flavors I ever seen & they have great hookahs & the staff were so nice & friendly!
I'll def recommend if you're looking for a great time in Philadelphia :)!!!
