For patients receiving immunizations: a current and official immunization record may be required at the time of visit in order to provide service. Patients should obtain an official vaccine record from their primary care provider.

Electrocardiogram
Our locations are staffed with experienced Temple physicians who have an array of services available to them to better diagnose and treat most illnesses and injuries. Equipped with X-ray, EKG, spirometry, on-site laboratory and durable medical equipment (splints, crutches), many illnesses and injuries can be cared for with a single visit. We are also a trusted choice for school, sports and camp physicals.

Immigration physicals are available at the Temple ReadyCare Roosevelt Boulevard location and completed by designated USCIS Civil Surgeons. Immigration physicals are only available by appointment. Medical clearance can only be given once all immunizations are up to date.
