T.J. Cope is a subsidiary of Tyco Electronics Corporation, which specializes in the manufacture of passive electronic components. The company has expertise in wireless technologies, fiber-optic active components and complete power systems. T.J. Cope introduced one of the first standardized modular cable tray systems in 1948. The heart of the Cope design is the tubular rung and its one-of-a-kind connection to the side rail by use of the cold swaging process. This connection is made without the use of heat, which can potentially disturb the molecular structure of the metal and weaken it. Cope offers a complete line of metal and fiberglass cable tray systems along with Centipede center-hung trays and Cat-Tray wire basket trays. Cope-Glas fiberglass cable tray systems are accepted industry-wide because they provide the customer with the most complete line of fiberglass cable tray designs, strut support systems and accessories in the industry. All of T.J.
