It was the best customer service I’ve ever encountered since I ever purchased cars. The Car dealer by the name of Sabastian and the MG helped my daughter purchase her vehicle. They were a team, patient, professional, kind, even the other employees and the man that was cleaning the car near the bathroom, well mannered, call around to get the best price for insurance for my daughter, spoke to a insurance company who scammed my daughter for a payment and never renewed her car insurance, how Sabastian was on the phone endlessly to make sure my daughter was a satisfied customer. There’s not enough words to express or stars to rate this car dealership. They get more than a 5 star rating. Thank you so so much Rolls Auto🙏🏾🤍

After going through their process online, the so-called professionals at Bell Auto Group, just totally ignored me. Granted my credit isn't great, but that's what they advertise, I know they checked it and didn't even so much as send me an e-mail, phone call, or actknowledge that I'm alive

Paid almost 8400 to walk off with the car we loved. We told them the oil change was on in which he said it was fine but it'd be recommended to change it once we got home. Ok, fine. During the process of the paperwork we assumed the inspection would be done. Once being rushed through the paperwork, it's time to go. No inspection once we were already on the highway back home. I contacted the sales man who started his reply with "well duh". Not even an option to reimburse me. So 80$ oil change and 60$ inspection after putting 8400 down. Car is great, service was great. I was just uneasy on the money I had to spend to finish being legal AND keeping the car in top shape. I would recommend once everything is done to ofcourse give the car another drive and inspect for yourself. Because once all is said and done, "it isn't their problem anymore."

My husband and I got out truck from Bell auto group, and cant even express how happy we are,Michael G was awesome he got us the truck we wanted at a great deal. Very trustworthy place will be doing business again there and with Michael G!!!

Yea , nice vehicle ,salesman J ,said everthing works,I took care of u,!!Then u buy it get it home,and slowly find out everything does not work, LIKE THEIR WORD,,, The warrenty is as good as their word,, Shaky! Better off buying from a private owner on craigslist, that speak the truth! Not Roll auto!

This place is the worst mistake you can make , The salesmen are full of it & lie through their teeth. Very rude & ignorant. Called the night before for asking price , then next day went in in person price magically went up $3000.00. after the salesman joe made appointment for me he didn't even remeber telling me about i had to wait 30 mins for him to get there. tried to sell me a car he had taken a deposit on already so he said but now 4 weeks later the car is still in the same spot. Beware the cars look nice in the ads & they tell you whatever it takes to get you there. Save yourself the aggrivation n go somewhere else.They don't even deserve the star i put up , but I was trying to be nice about it.

I would not recommend anyone go here they do not keep their word they give you the run around... very unprofessional. I was so excited about my first time financing a vehicle but this has been the worst experience ever. If you do go there make sure everything works and if not and they suppose to fix it get in in writing and not within 30 days because they will give you 31 days worth of run arounds. So if my friend asks about this place I would tell the HELL NO..... Ppl please try every other place first and use this as your last desperate result... matter of fact if you cant find no where else just keep the car you have or token ot transpass. Have a blessed one.

I bought a Ford Taurus Wagon here a few years ago and it was great. I got a warranty and never needed to use it. Bernie, the owner, is an older cigar smoking straight shooter. No BS. That's why I liked my experience! Also, they take some trade ins!
